1. Returns & Exchanges
• Timeframe: Items must be returned or reported within 7 days of delivery.
• Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
• Non-returnable Items: (Optional: e.g., Innerwear, customized products, or items on clearance).
2. Refund Process
• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method or a store credit (as agreed upon) within 5-7 business days.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us immediately. Note: We highly recommend filming an unboxing video as proof to help us speed up your replacement or refund process.
4. Shipping Costs
• If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the shipping costs.
• For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping fees.
