Shipping Policy

At PlexipayOnline, we strive to deliver your products in the fastest and safest way possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below:

1. Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

• Orders are not shipped on Sundays or National Holidays.

• You will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp/Email as soon as your order is dispatched.

2. Delivery Timelines 

We partner with leading couriers (Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, India Post) to ensure timely delivery:

• Metro Cities: 2–4 business days.

• Rest of India: 3–7 business days.

• North-East & Remote Areas: 5–9 business days.

Note: Delays may occur during festive seasons or due to unforeseen weather conditions.

3. Shipping Charges

• Standard Shipping: Flat ₹100, e.g., 60] across India.

• Free Shipping: Applicable on all orders above ₹[400, e.g., 999].

• Cash on Delivery (COD): (If applicable, add: An additional fee of ₹[50] applies to all COD orders).

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a Tracking Link and AWB Number. You can track your package directly on the courier partner's website.

5. Undelivered Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or the customer being unavailable after multiple attempts:

• A re-shipping fee will be charged to send the package again.

• Please ensure your Phone Number and Pin Code are 100% accurate when ordering.

6. Damaged During Transit

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please film an unboxing video immediately. This is mandatory for us to raise a claim with the courier company and provide you with a replacement.
